2024 AVIR ANNUAL CONFERENCE
- Salt Lake City, UT -  March 24-26th, 2024

The AVIR Annual Scientific Meeting has always been the dedicated meeting for Interventional Technologists from across the world. This meeting brings the IR Technologists together and provides the latest education around innovation, current procedural topics and information that is relevant to the everyday practice of the IR Technologist. To meet the evolving needs of the Interventional Technologist at this years annual meeting, the 2024 Program Committee would like to extend an invitation for IR Poster submissions. In recent years, the poster submissions have covered a breath of information ranging from day-to-day interesting cases to advanced clinical research being performed in some of the most prestigious academic institutions. The Annual Program Committee and the AVIR Board of Directors now welcome submissions for the 2024 AVIR Annual Scientific Meeting. (Please see submission details below.)

Content Guidelines:

There will be two categories for submission:  

    1. Clinical
    2. Scientific

Each submission should indicate which category the attendee will be presenting.  Both categories will be reviewed by a select panel of judges and awards will be presented for best in each category during the AVIR Annual Scientific Meeting.

 

Examples of Clinical and Scientific Posters

    • Clinical: Procedural techniques, interesting cases, unusual cases, bail out techniques
    • Scientific: Research studies, clinical trials, innovation, state of the art equipment not yet released.

Posters should be no larger than 3'x5'. Each poster should have a clear educational value or summary (what will the attendee learn from reviewing the poster). It would be expected, however not mandatory that the author and/or presenter of the posters would be available during the poster presentation period at the AVIR Annual Conference (see AVIR website for times and location).

You may submit up to 2 graphics or figures in the following formats -- PDF, JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, MS Word, MS Excel. Other document formats will not be evaluated. Uploaded files have a limit of 20mb each.
